Here’s how to onboard your organization or community.
Step 1: Find your Champion
Decide who’s leading the charge. Are you the champion for positive change in your org? Amazing. Are you looking into Warmspace for someone else? That’s great too. Do you need others’ buy-in to make a decision? That’s often a reality even for CEOs or Executive Directors. Figure out who your Champion and Decision-makers are before proceeding.
Step 2: Experience a Team Alignment Session on Us
Experience your first Align Flow hosted by someone from the Warmspace team and facilitated by the Warmspace platform. Find a time and invite your Champion and Decision-makers (up to 4 of you). You will leave the experience more connected and aligned with your organization’s needs, even if this is the only time you ever experience Warmspace.
Step 3: Brainstorm Implementation
If you feel the impact of our Align flow, schedule the next Commit Flow to brainstorm and kick off your implementation process. You can invite up to 8 people from your organization and allow the automated protocol to guide you and enable you to figure out how you will proceed as a team.
